待てど暮らせど、ご予約者は現れず、その間、当日のお客様はお断りしています。 大きなお店ではありません。満席でも２５人ほどの 収容人数しかございません。そんな小さなお店だからこそ、 一件一件のキャンセルが売上に直結してしまいます。 当日のキャンセルなどの被害額は年間1000万円以上です。 特に5人以上の団体客様の当日キャンセル、音信不通は準備していた食材費や 人件費で赤字になってしまいます。 ​大変、心苦しいのですが、5人からのご予約に対しまして、 デポジット入金を導入いたしました。お一人様2000円のデポジットをお預かりします。 デポジット入金頂いたお金は飲食代金から差し引きますのでご了承くださいませ。 何卒、ご理解のほど、よろしくお願いします。 However, we have been experiencing frequent sudden cancellations recently.
