昨今では急なキャンセルが頻繁にございます。
致し方ない理由もあると思いますが、とりあえず席を確保するっと
いったような悪質なものも多く見受けられます。
待てど暮らせど、ご予約者は現れず、その間、当日のお客様はお断りしています。

大きなお店ではありません。満席でも２５人ほどの
収容人数しかございません。そんな小さなお店だからこそ、
一件一件のキャンセルが売上に直結してしまいます。
当日のキャンセルなどの被害額は年間1000万円以上です。

特に5人以上の団体客様の当日キャンセル、音信不通は準備していた食材費や
人件費で赤字になってしまいます。

デポジット入金を導入いたしました。お一人様2000円のデポジットをお預かりします。
デポジット入金頂いたお金は飲食代金から差し引きますのでご了承くださいませ。

The damage from same-day cancellations and other such losses is over 10 million yen per year.

In particular, cancellations on the day of a group of 5 or more people or failure to contact us results in a loss in the cost of prepared ingredients and labor costs.

We are very sorry, but we have introduced a deposit for reservations of 5 or more people. We will require a deposit of 2,000 yen per person.
